In the beginning part of Imam Khomeini's will, what can be inferred from the concept of Thaqalein in Saqalein Hadith?

Thaqalein means two Saqal and Saqal means "everything precious and premium". In Thaqalein Hadith, the purpose of two Saqal is "the Noble Quran", the eternal heredity of the prophet", and "Etrat", the family of Mohammad (peace be upon him), are never separated from each other.
