Chairman of Iran's Expediency Council made remarks during a recent gathering in Jamaran Hosseiniah, a center for religious and social gatherings.
The former Iranian president emphasized that the dynamic thought and ideals by Imam Khomeini will continue to enlighten the path of to the Iranian and other Islamic societies.
He also recommended that the academics, politicians, all elites and public masses should avoid from doing such jobs which are contrary to the objectives of the Islamic Revolution and the ideals of Imam Khomeini.
Rafsanjani also hoped that all political and social groups would continue to follow the path and footsteps of Imam Khomeini.
Imam Khomeini, the world religious and spiritual leader led the Islamic Revolution to victory in 1979. The Islamic-democratic system changed the balance of powers across the Mideast region and other parts of the world in interest of all Muslim and oppressed nations.
