Students visit Imam Khomeini residence, Jamaran art gallery

Student from more than a dozen countries have visited Imam Khomeini’s simply-built historic residence in the Iranian capital, Tehran.

The students from at least from 14 countries also visited an art gallery which is located in Jamaran district of northern Tehran.


The students also accompanied by academics, professor and educational officials.


The students and intellectuals were deeply impressed by the simple life- style ofthe great spiritual and religious leader of the Muslim world.


They were also briefed about Imam Khomeini works and the history of the Islamic Revolution.


Several objects are kept in the gallery which contain description describingcourse and history of the revolution.


It is noteworthy that the founder of the Islamic Republic opted to reside in a simply-built house following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.


Thousands of domestic and foreign visitors’ visit Imam Khomeini’s simply built houses in Tehran, holy city of Qom and historic city of khomein each year. Hundreds of foreign students from various countries are currently studying at the Iranian universities.


The Islamic-democratic system established by Imam Khomeini deeply influenced the international system in the interest of the Muslim and oppressed nations.
