Primary school kids must equip themselves with knowledge, moral

Imam Khomeini once in a historic letter advised primary school students to undertake serious efforts in order to acquire knowledge.

Replying a letter by a group of students from Salman Farsi Primary School, Imam recommended the children to gain knowledge, productivity and talent, and decorate themselves with moral excellence and carry out good deeds.


Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Republic went onto say that these little students could turn into sources of pride for the country and nation in future.


Elsewhere in letter, Imam advised the children to respect their parents and teachers, who are also considered as spiritual guides.


In final part of the letter, Imam called on the students to equip themselves with knowledge, ethical values and spiritual purification in a bid to sever Islam, nation and the Islamic Republic in future.


Iran made significant progress in education fields following the victory of the Islamic Revolution under the wise leadership of Imam Khomeini in 1979.


Iranian students form primary and secondary schools and universities have won several medals in academic Olympics in recent years.
