The students were deeply impressed by the simple life-style adopted by Imam during his lifetime.

They also visited an attached Hussainiah—a special place for religious gatherings---where Imam used to receive officials and people from various walks to life to address them nearly on daily basis.

The students were also briefed about an art gallery at Jamaran complex, where Imam’s works and objects regarding the history of the Islamic Revolution have been kept

The foreign students from 40 countries are in Iran to see a special course on Persian language and literature under the supervision of Sa’adi foundation with close coordination of Allameh Tabataba'i University.

It is worth to mention that Imam Khomeini opted to live at simple residence in Tehran even after becoming founder of the Islamic Republic following the victory of revolution in 1979.

The site is visited by thousands of intellectuals, pilgrims and tourists from across Iran and other parts of the world each year.

Imam Khomeini’s divine oriented simple life style and his ideals continue to attract followers of divine religions, developing nations and oppressed people across the globe.
