He went onto say that Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Republic, also raised flag of divine savior (Imam Mahdi—may God hasten his emergence) in the country and elsewhere.
Imam’s truthful message which was mingled and blended with logic and wisdom had found his way everywhere in the world, Soleimani noted.
Soleimani pointed out that Palestinian people are being oppressed and have been being besieged by the occupation regime of Israel and by some Islamic countries as well.
He stressed that Imam has granted the esteem and restore grandeur to Iran and Shia Muslims by declaring the last Friday by holy month of Ramadan as international Quds Day.
He also expressed regret that some Arab regimes didnot want the Quds Day to be founded and promoted across their countries.
The leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei stressed on ideals, politics and spirituality of Imam Khomeini because Imam had been a perfect model from jurisprudential and political perspectives as well, Soleimani emphasized.
He concluded by saying that whatever we have today has been due to blessing of Imam and the Islamic Revolution and see sustenance of esteem in following the ideals of Imam.
