The competition is being managed with close coordination of the Sahar International Urdu service on the eve of 39the anniversary of Islamic Revolution.
The book “Narrative of Awakening” which recounts ups and downs of Imam Khomeini’s ideological, intellectual and political biography and recalls events of the history of Islamic Revolution has been chosen for the participants in order to take part in the competition.
Imam Khomeini's works cover a range of fields including jurisprudence, philosophy, poetry and theology. It is noteworthy that several of Imam’s works have been translated into dozens of languages over the past few years. The works are also available in digital library section of this website.

International book-reading contest
On the 39th Anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, ‘The institute for Compilation and Publication of Imam Khomeini’s works’ in coordination with Sahar International Network’s Urdu service have organized an International Book Reading Competition–“The Fajr”.
The contest aims at making the participants familiar with the biography and ideology of Imam Khomeini – the flag bearer of freedom In this contemporary world.
