The people and heads of several countries visited sites related to the Imam

The heads, intellectuals, and people of the countries of Tunisia, Komor, Lebanon and Turkey visit the places related to Imam, such as the Imam’s house, shrine, Husseiniah Jamaran and Negarestan-e- Imam.

This week, as in previous weeks, the country’s heads, army officials, university students, and admirers of the great leader of the Islamic revolution, visited Husseiniah Jamaran and the Imam’s shrine.

According to the Jamaran News Agency, the heads of Indonesia, Turkey, Komor, and Lebanon visited these places from the 25th to the 30th of December.    

The Indonesian minister of labour and social affairs, and the employees of the Indonesian embassy, visited Husseiniah Jamaran and Negarestan Imam to show their respects to the Imam. The Indonesian minister of labour and social affairs said the following regarding the Imam: “Imam Khomeini was able to make the Iranian revolution successful because he was a special character and a fighter….Imam Khomeini insisted on the unity of Muslims and he lived a very simple life. The Imam was not only a role model for Iranians but for the whole world. He brought peace to the whole world, thus the Iranian people and the Muslims of the world should carry on his work.”

The prime minister and the ex-foreign minister of Komor also visited the Imam’s shrine. Furthermore Mr Kadir Topbas, who is the mayor of Istanbul, also visited Husseiniah Jamaran, Negarestan Jamaran and the Imam’s house. Topbas was here to take part in the United Cities and Local Governments of West Asia and the Middle East summit, which was held in Tehran.

Moreover faculty members and the university students of Tunisia also visited Husseiniah Jamaran, Negarestan and the Imam’s house. The Lebanese people and intellectuals similarly showed their respects to Imam Khomeini by visiting the Imam’s shrine.
