The Iranian and Pakistani people are closely associated with each other from religious and cultural perspectives, and unity between the two countries guarantees peace in the region. Imam Khomeini wanted to see peace in the region and implementation of justice. In addition to that, he had been a great supporter of unity among Shia and Sunni Muslims. Imam Khomeini had a great political understanding of the regional issues and always used to present an accurate solution for problems.
