Hojatolelsam Sayyid Hassan Khomeini in the ceremony for commemorating Imam Khomeini at the Imam’s mausoleum, along by saying his condolences described some verses of the Quran about the government of the righteous and stated: “Based on the Quran, Prophet Abraham has a pray that says ‘My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous. And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.’.”
According to Jamaran news agency, He continued: “Today, June 3rd, is the anniversary of Imam’s demise, Imam isn’t among us now, but with no doubts Abraham’s pray was true about him. God put Imam among the righteous. He gave him wisdom and government and made his name known good and made his message continuance among next generations.”
Sayyid Hassan Khomeini by mentioning that Abraham’s pray is a great lesson, said: “Some had translated the world “Hokm” into authority and some to wisdom, no matter which one of them, a great existing sample of this noble verse is Imam Ali (a.s.) and in our age it’ll be Imam Khomeini.”
He stated: “We have witnessed that how Imam in his political thoughts denied materialism thoughts. Before the revolution, what didn’t exist was being religious in the society and politics, but we saw that Imam, with his high thoughts, revived the religion. And this was because the Imam was among the righteous and he had the power to do so.”
He added: “When the righteous step forward, if the entire world try to vanish them, God will make them more precious. But if God doesn’t will, if the entire world tries to make someone precious they won’t be able. An example of this issue is Imam Khomeini. Everyone has witnessed that he was precious and he remained precious. He was truly one of the righteous. HIs name was known good and his message remind for the future.
At the end Sayyid Hassan Khomeini thanked the presence of the pilgrims and lovers of Rouhollah, foreign guests, civil and military officials especially the Supreme Leader at the ceremony.
