Jamaran news agency reported, Secretary of Imam Khomeini's Commemoration Committee mentioned some of the characteristics of this ceremony compared with the last year's noting that the ceremony was different and better from many points this year.
He added: “The first mater is people's presence in quantity and quality. The number of pilgrims coming from different provinces, both in provinces' ceremonies and Tehran's were more respectable than before. About foreigner guests also this difference was completely notable. Also the propagandas against the system had reached to its peak this year but we had an increase in the number of foreigner guests. It happened while we couldn't provide tickets for foreigner guests and also we had shortcomings inviting them.”
He added: “The other issue is befitting the cultural aspects. This year Imam's departure anniversary was synchronized with Imam Ali's birth anniversary, thank God there was a new spiritual air and cultural products were distributed. The ceremonies of the shrine and Jamaran was commenced with the people, officials' presence and organs concordance and different ministries at its best.”
He continued: “I told Imam's memorial, Haj Sayyid Hassan that Imam's ceremony is the symbol of unity and sympathy among committee's members. In this ceremony there are no differences among a high grade commander or the subdivided members and they are all serving purely and friendly for the sake of Imam and we should see this as a capital. In these years that I was connected with the Imam's family I felt with the bottom of my heart that his great family have had no business but to realize the justice and to improve the name of Islamic republic of Iran.”
In continuance Mohammad Ali Ansari noted that Imam's commemorating ceremony is a ceremony within a year and added "this ceremony should be held in its own place and honor and no matter should disturb it.”
Jamaran news agency reported some of the officials and members of the commemoration ceremony told their points of view about the ceremony.
At the end, Hujatuleslam Mohammad Ali Ansari appreciated the members of the Institute for Compilation and Publication of Imam Khomeini's Works, who had mostly, took the responsibility of the cultural affairs this year and also the heads of its PR and Portal and all other organs.
