Hundreds of years have passed since the issuance of Hadith and Shia scholars have examined that from different aspects. But the focus of the efforts they have made has been on understanding the text and the rationale of the Hadith. Their examination wants to come to know the text and that is based on different bases and methods. It is evident that getting to know their methods helps researchers of Hadith arenas to have a deeper and more exact understanding of the stories. Imam Khomeini is one of the scientists who having a strong scientific backing and a subtle outlook has gone after understanding Hadith. This research examining Hadithi and religious jurisprudence works has made an effort to examine Hadith works and religious jurisprudence view. In order to reach that goal first, the foregrounds of understanding Hadith as that relates to Imam Khomeini is examined and next his strategies to understand the Hadith's appearance is examined and how he utilizes philology, uttering, syntax and eloquence regarding the singles and combinations of the stories is revealed. After that method he has examined coming to understand the intention of the Hadith and has paid attention to efforts made in the direction of collecting the corresponding, forming the Hadith's family and doing away with opposition among the stories. At the end the obstacles concerning understanding the text and understanding the intention of the Hadith according to Imam is examined.
