Imam Khomeini's different interviews and meetings with groups, reporters, the intellectuals, and the foreign students disclaimed his perspectives regarding the Islamic government and the future movement objects for people. Therefore, many people of the world got familiar to Imam Khomeini's thoughts and movement. From this small village (Nofel Loshato), Imam Khomeini led the most critical periods of movement in Iran.


Neauphle-le-Chateau is a commune in the Yvelines department in the Ile-de-France region in north-central France. Upon the Imam's arrival the media followed him and the Imam was frequently in the headlines of newspaper and on the news.


This town was the last residence of Imam Khomeini, before his triumphant return to Iran in 1979.
