He (Imam) returned Islam, the Quran and the Sunnah to the people and they in this age were put aside and that was the greatest service that he did. Until before the victory of the Islamic revolution the people used to just read the history of Islam. They used to just read the matters that had to do with the prophet and his way of ruling. But Imam travelled the path of the prophet and he implemented the Islamic decrees. Imam's message in Iran was not limited and in fact that was published in all of the world. He was the only one who was brave for the purpose of fighting against the superpowers of the world… Imam taught us a lesson and that was to live freely, have independence and not depend on the east and the West.
