Shah’s regime agents had for several times arrested Imam to curb the Islamic supporters.
Imam’s supporters continue to peacefully register their protest.
Once a prominent clergyman was chosen as a representative to meet Shah and protest about repeatedly detention of Imam by Shah regime’s intelligence agents.
Shah asked the representative, what were your demands? At this he replied as an envoy of public and clergymen, I only wanted to know about Imam’s welfare.
Due to public pressure, Shah who wanted to harm Imam on several occasions could do nothing against Imam. It was all due to Imam’s divine personality and massive people support for him
Imam always relied on God, the Almighty and counted on massive public support.
This all resulted in the victory of the Islamic Revolution which changed the balance of power across region and the world.
