Imam Khomeini revived Islam. He has played a great role concerning the revival and the expanding of Islam in the threshold of the 21th century. Led by Imam Khomeini the Islamic revolution was able to make Iran an independent and a proud country in the world.
He caused a big change concerning the thoughts of some people and as such that in Iran the young people loved him and in order to make his ideals come true they even were ready to sacrifice their lives.
