It has been recalled through a series of memoirs that once senior officials sought permission for an urgent meeting with Imam at midnight to discuss a very sensitive matter.

They wanted to tell Imam about the presence of the US aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf region which could threaten peace and security in the region.

But at listening the news, Imam showed no signs of fear, but said that if I were instead of you I would had hit the US carrier with missiles at the moment of its entrance in the region.

The officials involved in the meeting said that Imam’s remarks gave them courage and confidence to how to confront the Americans bullying and meddling in the region.

Imam always showed unprecedented levels of confidence and bravery to deal with the dangers facing by external powers.
