Imam Khomeini who has a number of different aspects and that has to do with the kind of the personality he has and in addition to the different jurisprudential origins within the ruling scene regarding the different dimensions of the guardianship statuses he has a correct and a deep view regarding the duties of the ruling and the establishment of the social justice believes that the trial method should be as such that the Godly decrees should find concreteness and they should have something and that is that they should have an outside crystallization and the mandatory introduction of that matter will not come true unless the judicature should become Islamic and the Sharia decrees should be implemented within the social scenes of the people's life by the ruling.
