Abstract
In this research and thesis, the author at the very first place points to the significance of the subject and its necessity and the background of the project.
In the next chapter, he discusses the issues related to the methodology of research and analysis of information.
And then next, by bringing different classical organizational theories, he examines Imam Khomeini’s ideals and thoughts on the management and governance.
Finally, the research examines the fundamental differences between the Islamic government with other kinds of administrations from Imam Khomeini's point of views.
It also compares the Islamic governance with other existing political systems.
The research has also explored the other elements and component such as ethics which can distinguish the management of the matters or make decisive difference between political systems from another.
