Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the various perspectives of leadership of Imam Khomeini and its comparison with charismatic leadership of German socialogist Max Weber.
By examining the principles and characteristics of Imam Khomeini's leadership and making a comparison between these two figures and mentioning their similarities and differences,
The results show that Imam Khomeini's leadership and Weber's features are fundamentally different from each other.
It is worthy to mention that even the similarities between these two leadership models should be considered as superficial due to the difference in the spirit of these similarities.
