It has been reported by Jalaluddin Farsi that Imam was once given a booklet written by Seyyed Morteza Asghari that contained criticism of Dr. Shari’ati ideas and his views.
After a review of the contents, Imam sent a message to the prominent scholar, Morteza Asghari that Shari’ati after all is an enlightened figure who wants to render services to Islam. And your views and criticism would do nothing except to sow the seeds of discord among society.
This all shows that Imam wanted to keep all layers of society united in service of Islam and the revolution.
