Late Mrs. Dabbagh, who took very active part during struggle for Islamic Revolution, once recalled through a series of memoirs that the delegation sent by Imam to the then Soviet leader Gorbachev had been advised not only to deliver Imam’s letter but also read out to him and convey well. The Soviet letter had carefully listened to Imam’s historic message and felt under influence on several points and occasions.
