Last year, more than 370 different groups from across the globe visited Imam Khomeini's house in Jamaran, and the simple life he led through his lifetime. Hadi Ghobadi, in charge of Jamaran art and cultural complex, made the remarks in an interview with the English portal of Imam Khomeini.
Remembering 9 years of Imam Khomeini's life in exile, Ghobadi said the majority of visitors were from Iraq and Lebanon. He also added "the place is inspiring for everybody, especially for the young and reminds us of the days after revolution and during the war time when the Imam was leading the country with great strength and power."
