A Group of Turkish Students pay a Visit to Jamaran

A Group of Turkish Students has visited the different parts of Imam Khomeini's landmark simply built house in Jamaran, the north of the Iranian capital Tehran.

The students also visited the historic residence where the great leader opted to reside following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.


The students and devotees were deeply impressed by simple lifestyle of the spiritual and religious leader of the Muslim world and appreciated Imam’s devotion for his country and the oppressed nations across the globe.


They were also briefed about the key events which led to the downfall of monarchy and victory of the Islamic Revolution.


The students also paid a visit to an art gallery which contains several images, painting, and documents reflecting the historic passage of the Islamic Revolution.


Each of these objects bears a description and show the history of the greatest movement of the twentieth through the years.


The art gallery also contains a video library and virtual electronic tours about the Islamic Revolution,  key personalities and events.


The international students were also informed about precious works of Imam Khomeini covering the various fields including jurisprudence, philosophy, poetry and theology. It is noteworthy that several of Imam’s works have been translated into dozens of languages over the past few years. The works are also available in digital library section of this website.


The students say Imam Khomeini’s works are becoming increasingly popular in Turkey and several other states across the Middle East region.
