The International Department of Imam Khomeini Institute had set up a book stall for foreign visitors at the 25th International Book Fair in Tehran. The stall presented a variety of translated works of Imam in 27 living languages.
The stall had attracted and hosted a lot of foreign guests from different nationalities on daily basis over the past ten days. They had received special cultural packages as a gift and had ordered desired works which will be delivered to them within short amount of time as soon as possible.
The Institute for compilation and publication of Imam Khomeini’s works had set up its stall at the International Book Fair in a bid to demonstrate its presentation among foreign publishers. The Imam’s works were displayed on the 2nd floor of Shabistan building where most of the foreign stalls were established.
The presentation among the foreign publishers, institutions, organizations and active cultural centers was a great opportunity to introduce Imam‘s works to non-Persian language audience.
The developments come as the Institute has also launched its website to present Imam’s works on the global web. The in charges at the stall introduced the website and gave short briefing about the features of the website to visiting guests.
