Mr. Pournasr in an interview with the news committee talked about the programs of Tehran Municipality and said: “Because of the responsibility that Tehran Municipality holds, with cooperation with the central committee and the 22 regional municipalities of Tehran, from the last days of the previous year we have formed 4 different committees and defined their responsibilities.”
He continued: “800000 reception complexes are considered for serving the people in 29 charity booths in different parts of the mausoleum.”
“Because of the coincidence of June 3rd with Imam Ali’s (a.s.) birth some of this booths will remain until June 3rd for giving service to the people.” added Pournasr.
He then talked about the works they had done for organizing the transporttion of people and said: “The Bus Organization and the Taxi organization will perform their duty with all their power and equipments, and we have also prepared 10 different parkings around the holy shrine.”
By mentioning the preparation of guide maps of the shrine for people, he said: “There will be cultural centers in 6 different parts of the shrine to offer cultural products to the visitors and pilgrims and also to perform different and suitable programs for Imam Khomeini’s demise.”
