Although time and place do not differ in their being sense but for some matters a place like Kabah and a time like Lailat ul-Qadr gains value while comparing with a mosque or ordinary times.
Among the months the month of Ramadan is "Shahr al-Allah" or the "Month of GOD", it is the time determined for praying, and all people do pray in this month and the basis for spiritual progress and evolution is more vastly provided for the people than ever. The gates of heaven are open for the people in this month. In the words of the holy Imams this month has been mentioned as the month of GOD for several times according to Imam Sadiq (a.s.) the holy Prophet (s.a.) has said:
"The month of Ramadan is the month of GOD, a month in which the reward for the good deeds is given more." (1)
The honored Prophet of Islam in so many stories, called the month of Sha'ban, his month and the month of Ramadan, the month of the GOD. (2)
Imam Jafar Sadiq (a.s.) has said:
"The month of Ramadan is the month of GOD. In this month recite these phrases a lot: "There is no God but the GOD", "GOD is pure", "Praise to GOD" and "GOD is great". "
