Disagreements, the Origin of Difficulties

The Muslims must be a single hand against all the oppressors. And I hope that with the unity of expression between we and you that is by the grace of God present, and with unity of expression with the rest of the strata of Muslims and especially the Muslim governments, it shall result in the elimination of our sufferings and your sufferings and the sufferings of the rest of the strata of Muslims.
We know and so do the Muslims; rather the important Muslim governments also; everybody knows that what we have got and inherited are two problems. One is the problem between the governments themselves that unfortunately they have not been able to resolve as yet and that problem is the differences between themselves. No Unity, Reason for Shame

I have said whatever needs to be said, in Iran as well as in exile. Whatever I say constitutes part of the Muslims' adversities. However, I am obliged to repeat for the umpteenth time that my extreme regret is over the discord of the heads of Islamic states, particularly the Arab governments. As soon as the murmurings of unity and harmony arise, the agents of imperialism sow discord and differences by means of their peculiar machinations. Seven hundred million or more Muslims and a hundred million or more Arabs have not been able to achieve real independence. They have not been able to free themselves from the clutches of imperialism. They have not been able to push back the handful of usurping Israeli Jews- who pose a danger to the people's lands and to our history and heritage- and retake their territories.
