Sayyid Hassan: We can never forget the role of Imam’s noble wife

Four years ago in these days Imam Khomeini’s wife passed away. Hojatoleslam Sayyid Hassan Khomeini in a message stated: “The life of Imam’s dear wife through all of its periods was somehow that everyone would have recognized her dignity and greatness. Without any doubt the success of the Islamic movement and the founding and submitting of the Islamic republic is indebted to the dedication of Iran’s people and especially those closer to Imam, and among them we can’t forget the important role of Imam’s honorable wife.”

In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful
We are from God and to God we shall return
Finally, after a lifetime of patience and perseverance, and months of illness, the dear wife of Imam Khomeini passed away and made the friends mourn. There is no need to mention that if being the wife and companion of the great leader of the revolution had brought her honor and bliss, but it had also had roving difficulties, exile, martyrdom of a son, fighting difficulties and the demise of Imam and his son along it too. Without any doubt her unique patience, being admirably realistic and having faith to the God along with having a calm and peaceful soul are a great sample of the features of the Islamic revolution’s mother.

Imams great love to her which is find in every line of his will and Imam’s unique respect to her are just some little signs of her greatness and dignity.
The life of Imam’s dear wife through all of its periods was somehow that everyone would have recognized her dignity and greatness. Without any doubt the success of the Islamic movement and the founding and submitting of the Islamic republic is indebted to the dedication of Iran’s people and especially those closer to Imam, and among them we can’t forget the important role of Imam’s honorable wife.

Through the fightings and exiles and rovings and immigrations, among the difficulties caused by the mercenaries, extremists and oppositions of the movement, and during the storm of incidents after the Islamic revolution and during the holy war, this unique mother of the Islamic revolution with her great generosity and patience and kindness, had made a peaceful and calm environment inside Imam’s house in a way that bearing all these difficulties were easier for Imam and his children.

Undoubtedly gratitude to this great lady will be a gratitude to the law Imam.
May god bless her with his forgiveness and grant us with the reward he gives to those who are patient.
