Addressing the 60th Annual Regular Session of the IAEA General Conference in the Austrian capital city of Vienna, Reza Najafi described the Israeli regime’s nuclear weapons program as a source of concern among Middle East states.

He stated that Israeli nukes have been a serious and continued threat to the regional and international peace and security.

Najafi went onto say that stated that Israel’s policy of nuclear ambiguity regarding its nuclear weapons program poses serious threats to the international peace and security.

The Iranian ambassador called for the IAEA inspection of the Israeli regime's secret nuclear sites.

The Iranian ambassador to the UN nuclear agency strongly criticized some world powers for their unconditional support for and technical nuclear cooperation with Israel in violation of regulations and internal law.

He also called for an end to the double standards practiced by the countries that assist Israel with its nuclear program.

Israel keeps an estimated stockpile of some 200-400 nuclear warheads.

Tel Aviv regime has refused to sign the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) or allow inspections of its military nuclear facilities.

It is worthy to mention that Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Republic through his speeches and messages exposed crimes being committed by Israeli regime against Palestinians and other Muslim nations.

Imam Khomeini through religious decrees had strongly forbidden from developing, keeping or storing the weapons of mass destruction or nukes.
