What is the concept of interest in Shiite jurisprudence?

In Shiite jurisprudence, rulings are based on interest, anything that has a binding interest is desirable, and anything that has a significant corruption is forbidden. Shiite scholars say that no positive ruling in Islam is devoid of interest, and no prohibition ruling is devoid of corruption. All rulings are based on real interests and corruptions. However, interest is of two types: "permanent" and "unpermanent". If the interest is permanent, the ruling is also permanent. And if the interest is temporary, the ruling is also temporary. Rulings that are fixed and have a permanent interest are not dependent on a specific time, place, or situation, but variable rulings are dependent on a specific time, place, and situation.
