Islamic Movement of Nigeria marks two thousand days of the detention of Sheikh Zakzaky

Sheikh Zakzaky was deeply inspired by Imam Khomeini's ideals and promoted genuine Islamic thought across Nigeria and other parts of Africa. In December 2015, the Nigerian Muslim leader was arrested by security forces following an attack on his home and worship center where hundreds of his supporters were killed by soldiers.
