Ayatollah Seyyed Kazim Nour Mofidi made the remarks on the eve of a planned visit by Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, the grandson of Imam Khomeini, to the province of Golestan.
Mofidi, the representative of the Supreme leader in the province told Jamaran news agency during an interview that the local residents are eager to meet and listen the wise speech by Hassan Khomeini.
The remarks come as grandson of the Islamic Republic will attend a memorial ceremony ahead of anniversary of the heavenly departure of Imam Khomeini. He will also deliver a speech for people attending the gathering and will personally listen their problem.
Ayatollah Mofidi said that the people will renew their allegiance to Imam and pledge their loyalty to the Islamic Revolution by attending the mass gathering.
Ruhullah Musawi Khomeini was born on 20 Jamadi al-Akhir 1320/ 24 September 1902- coincidence with the birth anniversary of Hadrat Fatima (PBUH)- in the small town of Khomein, some 160 kilometers to the southwest of the holy city of Qom.

Imam Khomeini, the great religious and spiritual leader of the Muslim world passed away on June 3, 1989.
