Al-Hakim made remarks during a recent ceremony held in the Iraqi capital Baghdad on the occasion of 26th heavenly passing away anniversary of Imam Khomeini.
The Muslim scholar noted that the founder of the Islamic Republic owned great characteristics and had combined the politics along bravery.
He also added that Imam believed in divine promises and had decorated himself with high human and moral values.
Al-Hakim also praised Imam’s stance during the lengthy war which was imposed by dictator Saddam and its colonial backers.
Hojjat al-Islam al-Hakim concluded that history will always remember the wrold great Muslim leader, and Imam’s dynamic thought and teachings will be always continue to inspire the generations to come .
The scholar concluded that Imam Khomeini had great devotion and love for the Iraqi people and nation.
