Hojjat al-Islam Majid Ansari made remarks during an international summit which was held to analyze the Quranic thought of Imam Khomeini. Ansari, the currently Vice President for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs also emphasized that Imams dynamic thought have been an echo of Quran and the Quranic perspectives were largely evident in his social and political life. He went onto say that Imam used to maintain that Imams views on mysticism show that the holy book of Quran and the mankind are manifestation and sign of exalted God, the Almighty. The mankind also can potential and practically pay the way to perfection by treading the divine path. Elsewhere in his remarks, Ansari strongly denounced the exaggeration and extremism, saying they contradict the Quranic teachings. The scholar added that the terrorist group such as Daesh have been result of extremism and have been desperately attempting to tarnish the image the divine school of thought and the divine scripture. The gathering was held at Mild tower in the Iranian capital, Tehran on Monday. The summit was attended by the intentional scholars, academic figures and seminary lecturers and university professors Ayatollah Hasssan Khomeini, the grandson of the founder of the Islamic Republic, former Iranian President Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani, he Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Ali Jannati and several other senior officials were in attendance at the international conference.
