An Iranian channel is set make more a series of documentaries about the life and works of Imam Khomeini.

This comes as a memorandum of understanding has been recently signed between the channel and the institute for compilation and publication of Imam Khomeini’s works.

The channel, which is affiliated to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), will make vast use of the institute’s archive to produce the films and documentaries about Imam Khomeini’s life, works and ideals.

Hojjat al-Islam Komesari, the cultural deputy of the institute has hailed efforts by the channel to attract a wide range of audience.

He went onto say that the channel would be given access to enriched archive of the institute to produce the films and movies about the founder of the Islamic Republic.  Komesari also pointed out that more efforts were needed to introduce the comprehensive personality of Imam Khomeini.

In recent years, the institute has translated dozens of precious works left by the great Muslim world leader and presented it into digital forms.

It is worth to mention that Islamic revolution which emerged victorious under the wise leadership of Imam brought prosperity and progress for the Iranian nation.  Iran has made significant progress since the triumphant of the revolution in 1979.

The historic revolution also changed the balance of power in the interest of the Muslim and oppressed nations.
