The gathering was held in Hosseiniah Imam Khomeini to remember the divine virtues and status of the daughter of the holy prophet of Islam.
The ceremony was attended by Supreme leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and senior government officials and people from various walks of life.
During the ceremony, the senior clerics, speakers and orators highlighted the divine virtues of the divine lady Fatima (PBUH).
Addressing the ceremony, Hojjat al-Islam Alavi describe the great qualities of the daughter of the holy prophet of Islam.
He went onto say that Hadrat Fatime was divine authority and source of abundance even for infallible imams from her own pure progeny. He stressed citing traditions and Hadiths that the velyat and association with household members of the holy prophet would realize the potentials of the society and could put the societies back on track to spiritual growth and development, and finally pave the way for the emergence of the savior Imam Mahdi (May God, the Almighty hasten his appearance).
It is noteworthy that Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic frequently recommended the women to follow the footsteps of the daughter of the holy prophet of Islam. Imam maintained that following the sayings and conduct of the honorable Hadrat Zahra (PBUH) can relive societies form moral and social decline.
Hadrat Mohammad, the holy prophet of Islam highly respected her daughter, and frequently underscored her divine virtues, and stressed on following her conduct and practical behavior.
