Imam Khomeini revived Quran, Sunnah

Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic revived the genuine teachings of Quran and Sunnah in contemporary era.

Hananah Khalafi, a nine-year-old young Quranic reciter said that her parents had played great role in providing information about the great personality of Imam Khomeini.

She went onto say that Imam Khomeini was a brave religious scholar who had deep love and affection for the public masses.

Imam had also led the Islamic Revolution to the victory by relying on God, the Almighty and the support of the people, she added.

The young Quranic reciter, who has also received an automobile from the Iranian president as a prize, stressed that she had started memorizing Quran from very early childhood. 

Khalafi also emphasized that Quran has had very positive signs and impact thorough her life.

It is wothy to mention that several Quranic gatherings and study circles have been organized at Imam Khomeini’s holy mausoleum which is located on the outskirts of the Iranian capital, Tehran.

The gatherings are also attended by senior seminary and university figures, international reputed Quranci scholars and reciters, and people from various walks of life.

Several experts and intellectuals believe that Imam’s scholarly views has had deep roots in basic Islamic sources such as Quran and Sunnah of the holy prophet of Islam and his infallible successors.

Imam’s views on Quranic interpretation have been recently extracted by a group of scholar form his precious works, and have been collected a five-volume collections.

The collection has been published by the institute for compilation and publication of Imam Khomeini’s works.

Imam has left dozen of precious academic works which are becoming increasingly popular among followers of divine religions, intellectual and academics and becoming parts of various prestigious universities.  

The founder of the Islamic Republic has had also well command over several discipline of knowledge such as philosophy, mysticism, Quranic and Hadith Sciences, and literature and poetry.
