Foreign intellectuals visit Imam's historic residence, Jamaran art gallery and complex

A group of foreign intellectuals and scholars attending an exhibition in the Iranian capital has visited simply-built residence of Imam Khomeini and an adjoined art and gallery complex.

The intellectuals belonging to different parts of the world are in the Iranian capital to attend and take part in an exhibition which is being held for promotion of educational purposes. 

They visited Imam's simply-built residence where the founder of the Islamic Revolution opted to live following the victory of the revolution in 1979. Imam had led a simple life and followed footsteps of the infallible successors of the holy prophet of Islam. 

Each year, thousands of people places and sites attributed to Imam whose life and ideals continue to attract devotees from across the globe.

The exhibition being held at grand Mossala has been organized by close coordination of a number of organizations and being visited by public figures, intellectuals, scholars from across Iran and various parts of the globe.  

Iran made dramatic progress in educational matters on school, university and higher levels over the past decades following the revolution victory and has now become a leading nation and seeks to share its progress and experiences with the several countries.
