The text of the condolence message by Hojjat al-Islam Komsari comes as following:
On the anniversary of the martyrdom of the proud and dignified commander General Haj Qassem Soleimani, the vengeful hand of global arrogance and usurping and their vile and their despicable mercenaries came out to create bloodshed.
As a result of such a vicious terrorist act, dozens of children, innocent and defenseless men and women were killed at the martyrs’ cemetery in Kerman.
Although in the light logic of Islam and quotes by Imam Khomeini consider martyrdom a great victory and a good outcome and bears great furits which strengthens Islam and Islamic Revolution.
But it is vital to confront those who seeks to disrupt the country’s security. it is necessary for the authorities to act decisively and quickly in punishing the perpetrators of this terrorist incident so that it will be a lesson for all those who have greedy eyes to disrupt the security and peace of the country.
The message came after about 100 people were killed and more than 200 injured in two explosions against mourners who were on their way to visit the tomb of Qassem Soleimani, a top Iranian general who was assassinated four years ago on this day in a US drone strike near the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
