  •           As the first question, please explain how did you get familiar with Imam Khomeini's personality?

The personality of great people sounds like a fragrance; it spreads all over the world very fast. His perseverance against dictatorship is extremely admirable. His thought belongs not only to Iran but also to the whole Muslim world.

  •           Do you believe that Islamic awakening is inspired by Imam Khomeini's thought?

After the Islamic revolution there were many Islamic movements in the region. Most of them, we do believe, were inspired by the Iranian Islamic revolution.  These movements are now forming the Islamic awakening.

  •           In your idea how and in what way we can safeguard Islamic movements from the decline?

Imam was the founder of Islamic awakening; he promoted pure Muhammadan Islam in the region. We must, therefore, preserve his ideas against any form of distortion imposed by the enemies of Islam. 

  •           What is the role of Islamic scholars in the course of Islamic awakening?

They are the leading figures. They must remain vigilant and foil the enemies' plots.
