Addressing a recent ceremony at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, Dr, Ali Komsari said that Imam's dyanmic thought and ideals are the Software for Governing the Country and the Answer to Today's Questions and Needs
Explaining the duality of the "historical Imam" and the "history-making Imam”, Dr. Komsari warned against the danger of presenting a distorted image from Imam’s thought and ideals
Dr. Ali Komsari said: "36 years after Imam's passing, we still need "Imam's thought software" to overcome economic and cultural challenges.
He further also criticized cultural neglect and announced the holding of the first Imam Khomeini World Award with the presence of the President on December 16 of this month.
Dr. Ali Kamsari, head of the Institute for the Compilation and Publication of Imam Khomeini's Works, emphasized the necessity of referring to the Imam's thoughts in the contemporary era and the pathology of how to deal with this great legacy.

Dr. Komsari during his speech by raising a fundamental concern said that one of the points around which there is concern today and where different opinions and views conflict is the necessity of referring to the opinions and thoughts of Imam in the present period.
There is a view which considers Imam as a historical figure.
It considers Imam as a historical figure; like other influential historical personalities who emerged in an era and period, and with the closure of their life record, the book of their thoughts and influence was also closed.
From this perspective, if we refer to Imam today, it is from the perspective of referring to a historical figure.
The promoters of this view believe that the Imam's era is over and we should pay attention to the period after Imam
The second view is that Imam as a history-making figure.
Hojjat al-Islam Komsari clarified that we are facing a history-making Imam, an Imam who is not limited by time and whose thoughts do not lose their influence with the passage of time;
Such Imam would continue to be a trend-maker and a wave-maker. According to such idea, Imam continues to inspire the figures and resistance movements around the globe.
He emphasized that the necessity of returning to Imam's thought goes beyond love, fanaticism, and even the practice of religion; rather, it is a necessity to find the path of righteousness and prosperity.
Dr, Komsari also expressed criticism of the removal of Imam's name from some cultural works.
Dr Komsari continued by pointing out the consequences of a "historical view" of the Imam and said that if we believe that the Imam's era is over, we should no longer worry, but Imam has been a history making figure and therefire should be pondered over how to convey his ideals to younger generation.
Imam's school is a "combined school" and not a separate one, he said.
Imam was simultaneously at the peak of jurisprudence, principles, philosophy, and mysticism.
He also explained about a series of research work being promoted by the institute as following:
Publication of the "50-volume encyclopedia; a document of the Imam's scientific comprehensiveness"
“Fortunately, today all the sayings and works of the Imam have been written and published, and no one can say we do not have access to the works of Imam.
Komsari added: In 2015, we published a collection of Imam Khomeini's scientific works under the title "Imam Khomeini Encyclopedia" in fifty volumes.
Kamsari stated that the Imam's philosophy and mysticism were not abstract, unlike the prevailing philosophy, and entered the context of society,
Elsewhere in his remarks, head of the institute stated:
“I believe that the Islamic Republic was Imam Khomeini's mystical project and is considered the realization of the journey from creation to the truth. To prove the influence of this mysticism among the warriors.”
Komsari mentioned a memory of martyr Ali Mohammadi, one of the commanders in the 41st Division of the Kerman Army. This martyr predicted his and his brother's martyrdom in the Karbala operation.
He has a will that contains the longest and most precise mystical content. This martyr writes to an Iraqi soldier:
"O Iraqi brother, with your bullet I will meet my God and my beloved. If I am allowed to intercede, you will be the first person I intercede with."

Imam's wise thought is the software for governing society and responding to the young generation
The head of the, citing the great statement of the wise leader of the revolution said that " Imam's thought is the software and the soul of the Islamic Republic,"
Without the software of Imam’s thought, this system is ineffective.
The leadership believes that the reason for emphasizing Imam is “his wisdom like what we know about Luqman, does not expire with the passage of time.”
He considered the main mission and concern to be introducing “Imam of today” and stated that we must answer the questions of the young generation that if Imam were today, what would he say in the field of economics?
What would he do in the face of lack of hijab?
Would he believe in maximum or minimum participation in elections? Would he leave the work to the youth?
Komsari emphasized that in the face of today’s generation, we cannot act by decree. We must use the language of dialogue, recognize tastes, and introduce Imam’s thought to them in a persuasive manner so that, like the generation of 1979 who boarded the Imam’s ship, this generation too can find solutions to its problems.
