Fatemeh Tabatabaei, the daughter in law of Imam Khomeini said there were some ongoing discussions about Imam's historic travel from Paris to Tehran.

Dr. Fatemeh Tabatabaei, the daughter in law of Imam Khomeini said there were some ongoing discussions about Imam's historic travel from Paris to Tehran. However, some friends preferred to remain silent and not say anything about the dangers of the travel.

A debate was also generated about the selection of the airline which was about to carry Imam and his fellows to Tehran. Finally, Air France was chosen for the travel due to its international image and it was expected that the reputed airline would undertake certain steps to ensure the security of the flight.

There was also some proposals by some friends that if international reporters wanted to accompany Imam, their travel to Tehran could also be facilitated. After release of this important news, around two hundred reporters expressed their readiness to travel along with Imam during the historic journey.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Dabbagh had been hospitalized during those days and Imam wanted his son, Ahmad to visit her in the hospital and let her know about the plans of travel.

Imam also wanted Mr. Ishraghi to stay in Nofel Loshato and host those who had come from various countries to hold special meetings with the great Imam. Mr. Isghraghi was also advised to return back along with his family to Iran later at a suitable time.

Israghi was sad because he couldn’t accompany Imam during his historic journey to Tehran. Israghi had said that it was much easier for me to accompany Imam and facing the danger of the travel instead of staying here.

Imam also recommended that compensations should be paid to the owners if any damages were done to the house and hotel where Imam was residing. Imam advised that compensations must be paid even if damages were done due to frequent arrivals and departure of guests.
