Imam Khomeini appreciated masses’ patience and sacrifices rendered during struggle against Shah Regime and its foreign backers.
This comes after a large number of Pahlavi regime forces attacked well-known seminary of Faydiyyah in holy city of Qom in 1963. Several clergymen were killed and dozens more students were seriously injured during the assault.
The great Imam denounced the regime crimes and encouraged people to stand steadily against unpleasant events.
People visited the wounded persons and gave moral boost and rendered every type of social, moral and economic sacrifices.
The fatal incident shook very basic pillars of Pahlavi regime and masses’ struggle under wise leadership of Imam bore fruit. The Islamic Revolution emerged as victorious in latter decade in 1979.
