Hisahi Suzuki, a Japanese scholar and researcher said that the great Imam led the movement with great firmness at a very sensitive juncture of history.
The academic figure made remarks in the Iranian capital Tehran while attending the 25th anniversary of heavenly departure of Imam Khomeini.
The Japanese scholar noted that the great leader established an Islamic-democratic system and put the country on track of progress and development. Iran continued its advances and became a progressive country under the wise leadership of Imam Khomeini.
The developments came at a time when the world arrogant powers were not expecting the Islamic revolution to survive longer and move forward on the world stage.
Suzuki said that Imam Khomeini, the world religious and spiritual leader used to frequently emphasize that the real assets of this country were its people and masses. He recommended the relevant authorities and officials to attach great significance to role of people.
The great leader of the Islamic Republic also paid special attention to culture and art and insisted on all-out progress from various perspectives and all arenas of life.
Several analysts believe that Imam’s personality and his dynamic ideals are becoming increasingly popular among scholars and masses around the globe. The Islamic Revolution empowered the movements of freedom-seekers and oppressed nations in various parts of the world.
