A prominent cleric says the founder of the Islamic Republic wanted to seek very competent clerics who could become well-learned and well-established in knowledge and play an active role in the society.
The great Imam through an historic decree which included nine articles asserted that the Islamic Republic would avoid from any association with eastern or western bloc, and instead of that will pursue independent and sovereign policies in domestic and international issues.
The great Imam invited that the Iranian people to unite in all situations and be ready to confront conspiracies hatched by the foes, enemies and arrogant powers.
The great religious and spiritual leader of the world also recommended the people and officials to pay special attention to the families of those who rendered sacrifices for the Islamic revolution or whom loved ones were martyred during the eight-year long imposed war.
The great founder of the Islamic Republic also emphasized the reconstruction of the country and recommended the authorities to work hard to improve conditions of health and education system.
The world Muslim leader also advised the people to stay away any type of extremism and create a moderate and balanced Islamic, social and cultural environment for intellectual and moral growth of the society.
Experts maintain that the Islamic Revolution under the wise leadership of the Islamic Republic brought development and prosperity for the Iranian society and raised awareness among the Muslim and oppressed nations.
