Imam Khomeini attached significance to masses

The founder of the Islamic Republic wanted the officials and authorities to resort to all means in order to solve the public problems and bring prosperity across the country.

The great Imam during a historic address to senior Iranian officials once said that they should soon pass the stages of chanting slogans and adopt practical steps to solve problems and hurdles facing the people.

The great figure of contemporary history went on to say that the Iranian publics are quite good and matchless and the government authorities owe to them.

Imam Khomeini insisted on undertaking serious efforts to render enduring services to the public and masses

The great leader of the Muslim world insisted on unity and solidarity among the government and people , and said the people must be encouraged to play active role in all areas of life. Imam emphasized that this solidarity will confront all internal and external conspiracies against the Islamic Revolution.

Imam Khomeini also once said on other occasion that the problems facing the oppressed people and Islamic societies must be raised during different Radio and TV programs.

The great Imam also maintained that TV and radio channels should introduce the Iranian masses and oppressed people of the society as real architect of the Islamic Revolution and their inspiration should be reflected through mass media and press.

Imam believed that elites had played a role in the victory of the Islamic revolution, but public and masses’ role was too much decisive.

Imam Khomeini established an Islamic-democratic system in 1979 which brought success and prosperity for the Iranian people and the other oppressed nations.
