According to a report by Jamaran news agency, during this ceremony which was held by the attendance of Gen. Kiumars Heidari, the Deputy of Ground Forces of the Army, and Hojatoelsam Soleimanitabar, head of the religious-political department of the Army Provost, Gen. Heidari along by honoring the name and memory of Imam Khomeini, said: “Today, in continue of Imam’s prophet like movement, once more we renew our allegiance with the aspirations of Imam Khomeini. Through the Ziyarat of Imam we say `Peace be upon you, the righteous man`, and this is the best description about Imam by using the word righteous.”
During this ceremony that was held at the event of the I.R.I Army day, the attendants by reciting the holy Quran and laying a wreath, honored Imam’s name and memory and renew their oaths with the aspirations of him. After this ceremony the attendants went to Behesht-e-Zahra cemetery to lay flowers on the graves of the imposed war martyrs.
