According to Jamaran news agency, Mohammad Reza Abdollahi said: “The foreign guest of Imam Khomeini’s Commemoration International Committee participated in Two Conferences about Imam Khomeini and Islamic Awakening.”
He added: “Based on the previous plans on June 5th the foreign guest of Imam Khomeini’s Commemoration International Committee participated in Two Conferences about Imam Khomeini and Islamic Awakening.”
These conferences were held by the International Affairs Department of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and the MFA and the foreign guests were divided in two groups, one group participated at the conference held at the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of the MFA and delivered their thoughts about Islamic Awakening. Abdulqayum Mohammad from Sudan, Mazid el-Hijli from Syria, Mohammad Basheer from Nigeria delivered speeches at the 6th Imam Khomeini and Islamic Awakening Conference.” said Mohammad Reza Abdollahi
Abdollahi added: “In the other conference held by the International Affairs Department of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization 150 of the foreign guests participated. Dr Arif Alimi from Tunisia, Ahmad Riya from Lebanon, Professor Qamar Qaffar from India, Seydahfshin Nikhat from Pakistan, Hassan Haidar from Senegal, Mustafa Abbas and Hamid Assad Nassir Mohammad Ali from Kuwait delivered a speech at this event.”
