The festival was held in several provinces across Iran In span of some days.
Hojjat al-Isalm Ali Komasari, the assistant for literary and art affairs said the said during a press conference that the institute for the complication and publication of Imam Khomeini’s works have held this festival with main focus on works of late Hojjat al-Islam Ahmad Khomeini, the son of the founder of the Islamic Republic.
However, he went onto say that the institute believes that the arts and literature were the best tools to spread the dynamic thought and genuine teachings of the great Imam as well.
Komasari further stressed that Imam was a great figure of contemporary history and has had a great global image and personality.
He also emphasized on the need of promoting the Imam insightful thought when some foes are trying to spread Islamophobia by creating militant groups in the region.
The institute has also announced to set up a secretariat for promoting dynamic thought of Imam and his offspring through art and literary means.
Experts believe that Imam Khomeini works and thought can confront any kind of extremism and all types of violence and by promoting a moderate image of Islam.
The institute plans to promote Imam’s ideals should be introduced and promoted among the young generation and all levels of society.
Imam Khomeini has had well command over several disciple of the Islamic sciences including the philosophy, mysticism, jurisprudence, poetry, Quranic interpretation, Islamic traditions and several other fields.
